This friendly and encouraging multi-discipline studio between Asok and Phrom Phong offers a variety of styles and teachers with a full weekly schedule and regular one-off workshops. Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga are among the classes offered while their accessible Sunday morning Karma class is very popular and asks for just a donation.

Pioneered by Indian Yoga Master Dr Raj, Healthy Yoga is a practice that offers a well rounded yet specific exercise focusing on breath, flow, the building of strength, alignment and meditation. Classes are available for all abilities and different sensibilities.

YogaFly is a fun and revolutionary yoga practice which combines yoga, pilates, dance and aerial acrobatics with the help of a 7-metre long hammock. You’ll be able to tackle new and more challenging poses thanks to the aerial flexibility.

This large gym and fitness centre has a hot yoga studio alongside a normal studio and a private one for individual sessions.
B2 Floor, Interchange Building, 399 Sukhumvit Road
This studio specialises in yoga fly and offers a full schedule of classes from basic to advanced, including some evening ‘hoops’ classes.
27th Floor, Jasmine City Building, Sukhumvit Soi 23
The cultural centre at the Indian Embassy offers free yoga lessons on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings for a minimal registration fee. Other classes include Sitar, Katha and Tabla.
Westin Grande Hotel, 259 Sukhumvit Road
Individual and group classes with the Indian master, Rejeev Singh Aswal, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 1 and 4pm. Classes should be booked a day in advance and will be held in the WORKOUT aerobic room. Proceeds are donated to UNICEF, the leading children’s charity.
This multi-discipline yoga studio offers a comprehensive schedule of practice and includes focus on Pranayama breathing and Mysore style. The centre also offers courses in ntegrated Holistic Therapies including Ayurvedic Aromatherapy, Reflexology with Aromatherapy and Chakra Balancing.

Bangkok Farmers’ Market hold ad-hoc community yoga classes throughout Bangkok, including at Presidents Park on Soi 24. Classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced and are often focused on Kundalini practice. Check the Facebook page for upcoming classes.
The AYCBKK follows the teachings of master yogi Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and has a very full schedule with such classes as Introduction, Led Primary Series, Dynamic Stretching and the popular Ashtanga practice of Mysore style.
3rd Floor, RSU Tower, Sukhumvit Soi 31
This studio is part of a popular Bangkok-wide yoga chain, offering a weekly schedule of classes including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Pilates, hot yoga, Bikram and ‘Absolute Fit’.

This yoga studio limits its classes to 15 students per class and offers a varied schedule including Hatha, Vinyasa and hot yoga. There is a focus on Asana, Pranayama breathing and Dhanya meditation.

This platinum branch of the international fitness chain offers a hot yoga studio to its members with classes almost daily. Also on offer is aerial flow yoga and gentle flow.

Rasayana offers classes in ‘yogalates’: a combination of the techniques and traditions of pilates and yoga practice. Private classes are offered while there are promotions in place for multiple class purchases.

Divine Yoga offers Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Vinyasa and Satyananda practices, as well as yoga for kids, meditation and Indian dance classes. The studio also holds regular workshops for interested Yogis – recent ones include Yoga For Healthy Living and Basic Yoga Science Course.
Basement, Eight Thonglor Building, 88 Sukhumvit Soi 55
There’s a huge array of classes and practices on offer at this studio – their packed weekly schedule includes such classes as Hatha, Vinyasa, Sivananda and hot yoga, alongside a host of dance, Zumba and stretching classes.

This studio practices Iyengar Yoga, a form of Hatha, from foundation level up to inversions and poses of intermediate difficulty. The schedule has a weekly ‘Yoga for kids’ class as a well as a weekly Pranayama breathing class.

This studio offers a light schedule of classes specialising in flexibility and strength training as well as specialist breathing techniques and meditation.
Dharma Yoga offers a variety of classes daily from a selection of teachers. Weekly schedules are uploaded daily to Facebook.

ChoCho is a meditation and art centre that practices a unique method of herb yoga. Herbs are prepared before class using Japanese and Thai traditional remedies in the Indian Ayurvedic and Ying-Yang Concept traditions.

Kriyoga is a new age practice bringing new life to yoga and built on the concepts of ancient Eastern traditions and RTS – Rhythmic Training System. This studio offers cardio and meditation infused practice as well as flow and static hot yoga.
Soulmade is the first yoga studio in Bangkok to practice Kripalu yoga, a form of Hatha that focuses on the meeting of meditation and breathing. They offer both ‘open’ and ‘gentle’ classes with beginners best suited to the latter. While open classes are suitable for all levels, they require a little more stamina to keep up.

Yoga 101 offers a wide variety of classes in their weekly schedule, comprising practices like Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Asana-Prana, Yoga Nidra, power yoga and core yoga. Private sessions are also available on request.
