Hitman, the episodic stealth video game from IO Interactive, is set to delight gamers from Thailand with its location setting for Episode 4 — Bangkok, baby!
The developers recently announced that the release date of the eagerly anticipated Episode 4 will be on 16 August for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
Gamers will be transported to the banks of the Chao Phraya River and the fictional luxury hotel, Himmapan Luxury Hotel & Resort.
For those unfamiliar with the Hitman franchise, it’s a third person game in which players control the mysterious Agent 47: an in-demand, superhuman, hired assassin. Each episode takes 47 to a different international location and tasks him with the assassination of various high profile figures.
Previous locations in the series have included Paris, Sapienza and Marrakesh.
In Episode 4, Agent 47 must eliminate Jordan Cross — an up and coming rock star — and his lawyer, Ken Morgan. Both are staying at the Himmapan as Cross finishes his band second album.

There are over 65 different challenges within the game with every different level a sandbox, in which gamers can explore the intricate surroundings, test out their skills, hone in on their targets and investigate the numerous non-playable characters available.
IO Interactive said of the new episode,
