Have you tried Polpa meal delivery yet?
With a huge variety of fantastic restaurants and eateries serving food at very affordable prices, Bangkok is heaven for foodies.
And for those of us that live, work and play in the city but who don’t have the time to cook for themselves, eating out is often the simplest option.
Of course, all that tasty restaurant food day in day out can put a strain on your waistline and your overall health. We don’t need to tell you about Bangkok’s love for all things sweet…
But there is a healthy alternative that’s just as convenient — healthy meal delivery.
Polpa is one such service in Bangkok that delivers healthy, Mediterranean-style food to your home or office for lunch and dinner every weekday. Unlike other services, there’s no obligation to sign up for packages (although those are available) and you can pay as you go.
Let’s find out more…

What is Polpa?
The idea behind Polpa is to create tasty and healthy food that’s suitable for delivery to the office or your home in order to provide a better food option for busy people trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle in Bangkok.
The creative and vibrant menus are Mediterranean inspired with Asian influences, using artisanal suppliers producing natural products, with an emphasis on local, organic, and sustainably sourced foods.
But this isn’t diet food. Mediterranean cooking is known for its incredible health benefits, including reducing the risk of heart disease, and it relies on the natural flavour of its ingredients to satisfy your palate. There’s no added sugar in these dishes!
Polpa’s menus are designed to maintain good health with well balanced meals with the right balance of fresh vegetables, whole grains and lean meat, aiming to keep you full and energised throughout the day.
How Does Polpa Work?
Polpa delivers food to any location in the city of Bangkok.
Customers can choose from scheduled delivery in advance or same daily delivery — just order before 10 am for lunch orders and 4 pm for dinner.
Meals are delivered in biodegradable containers by bike messengers from Monday to Friday — currently Polpa doesn’t offer delivery at weekends.
Ordering is done via the Polpa website either on a desktop or using the smartphone app.
Simply browse the weekly menu on the site, select the dishes you would like, along with the desired delivery day and the delivery time slot that is most suitable for you.
Polpa can deliver to your home or your office, and can be paid for by cash on delivery, bank transfer or credit/debit card on the website.
It’s possible to order for multiple days up to two weeks in advance to get your meals organised all in one go. Polpa handle the logistics and deliver everything right to your door.
Delivery charges depend on your distance from Polpa’s kitchen, you can find the cost for your particular location by entering your address into the delivery options on their website.
