Indian Cultural Centre

The cultural centre at the Indian Embassy offers free yoga lessons on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings for a minimal registration fee. Other classes include Sitar, Katha and Tabla.
Westin Grande Sukhumvit

Individual and group classes with the Indian master, Rejeev Singh Aswal, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 1 and 4pm. Classes should be booked a day in advance and will be held in the WORKOUT aerobic room. Proceeds are donated to UNICEF, the leading children’s charity.

Bangkok Farmers’ Market hold ad-hoc community yoga classes throughout Bangkok, including at Presidents Park on Soi 24. Classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced and are often focused on Kundalini practice. Check the Facebook page for upcoming classes.

Rasayana offers classes in ‘yogalates’: a combination of the techniques and traditions of pilates and yoga practice. Private classes are offered while there are promotions in place for multiple class purchases.

Soulmade is the first yoga studio in Bangkok to practice Kripalu yoga, a form of Hatha that focuses on the meeting of meditation and breathing. They offer both ‘open’ and ‘gentle’ classes with beginners best suited to the latter. While open classes are suitable for all levels, they require a little more stamina to keep up.
