So long, Silom!
9 super prime condo projects were launched in Bangkok during the first 6 months of 2015, including Diplomat 39 in Phrom Phong and Q Sukhumvit in Nana.
The average selling price for Bangkok’s highest level of luxury is ฿329,544 per square metre and is expected to rise to an eye-watering ฿500,000 per square metre by the end of the year.
Talk about a dent in the wallet.
The nationalities splashing out are predominantly Thai, Hong Kong Chinese, Singaporeans and Taiwanese.
