CFBK CrossFit has been going since 2012, making it the original dedicated crossfit gym in Bangkok.

There’s a great sense of community at CFBK, with crossfitters coming from all over the city to the location next door to Asok BTS station to be inspired by the motivating team of coaches and as well as benefiting from the support of the community at large.

CFBK is open weekdays from 6 am to 9 pm, and weekends from 8am to 6 pm.

Foundation classes for beginners are held on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Classes for the more experienced are held twice daily (morning and evening), or you can simply schedule a drop in WOD session by email or by using the online service to suit your schedule — it’s essential to book in advance (or else risk an additional 20 burpees!).

There are a ton of different membership options at CFBK, with membership for 1 month costing 6900 THB, and a drop in fee of 690 THB without membership.

Training Ground Bangkok

At Training Ground the coaches want to help you ‘build a body to be proud of’ with their world class crossfit training in a motivating and dynamic environment.

The box is filled with like-minded people of all ages and body types who are committed to working hard and achieving lasting fitness results. It’s actually one of Thailand’s biggest health and fitness communities thanks to its enormous gym space and the latest crossfit equipment.

Every workout is programmed and tailored specifically to individual ability and fitness goals with over 50 classes available weekly (beginners classes, regular classes and one on one classes), and trial classes are free if you’re looking to test the waters.

If you’re just getting started, 3 beginners classes cost 2500 THB, or you can benefit from a full membership with the price for one month at 4500 THB. Coaches speak English.

Training Ground Bangkok has two locations; on Rama 4 and Sukhumvit 69, which are open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 8 pm and at weekends from 10 am to 3 pm.

Providing a safe, fun and positive environment where people of all fitness levels can come together and be challenged to achieve their health and fitness goals, CrossFit Ten 500 is based at KCC Building on Silom Soi 9.

There are group classes 5 times a day from 7 am to 7 pm during the week. All new members are required to go through a few one on one sessions with the English speaking coaches in order to familiarise themselves with the sport and ensure that they are training safely when they join the daily WODs.

The price for an unlimited monthly membership for group classes is 4200 THB, with drop in sessions priced at 700 THB. One on one training starts at 10500 THB for 5 hours. They also offer a free trial class for new members.

Crossfit Arena Bangkok

CrossFit ARBKK has a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a friendly and encouraging environment.

They use constantly changing workouts to challenge your fitness levels each time you train. The Foundations for Beginners Course (1400 THB) consisting of three private classes is required for members new to crossfit, in order to familiarise yourself with the sport and learn safe, proper techniques.

Unlimited access to crossfit sessions for 1 month costs 4900 THB, and private personal training classes start at 2500 THB per session.

CrossFit Arena Bangkok is open weekdays from 6:30 am to 8 pm, Saturdays from 10 am until 4 pm and for 1 hour at 11 am on Sundays.

Coaches can also provide nutrition planning and tracking to aid you in achieving your goals. CrossFit Arena is located at 1624 Phetchaburi Road just a short stroll from Phetchaburi MRT station.
