Also known as Soi Saeng Mukda, Sukhumvit Soi 43 is a short soi at the start of Thonglor neighbourhood. It joins up with Sois 41 and 47 through its various subsois.
As well as a few car dealerships, there are a couple of shops and restaurants found down here, as well as apartment buildings and the big Charan Tower. There’s also a Bangkok Branch branch and a Western Union.

The Swiss Choice

The Swiss Choice is a cheese shop and restaurant around halfway down Sukhumvit Soi 43. Cheeses are all handmade and of excellent quality, and hard, semi-hard and soft are all available. Also on sale are various Swiss products like pasta, seasonings, breakfast and snack items.
The restaurant is found on the second floor and designed in a chalet style. Don’t miss the fondue! They also have a large cow to welcome you in at the entrance.
Pacific Design
Furniture Store
Pacific Design is a store where you can both buy and rent furniture. It’s found on the corner of Soi 43 and Sukhumvit.
Green World Foundation
Charity
An environmental charity based on Sukhumvit Soi 43, working to educate the public on issues pertaining to nature and the environment. They produce publications and books, as well as training courses for teachers. They also operate the Planet Green website.
They welcome both donations and volunteers.
